    Job Title: Lead Software Engineer - iOS

    We're seeking a talented and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Capital One Technology Labs Mexico.     What You'll Do:

    • Develop high-quality iOS client code solutions that deliver on Product Strategy and adhere to established engineering best practices, design guidelines, and principles.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers, Product Owners/Analysts, to deliver exceptional customer experiences that are engaging, purposeful, and powerful in their simplicity.
    • Actively participate in all team agile ceremonies, contributing to ensure that all team commitments are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
    • Be an active advocate of the mobile platform through internal and external developer communities.
    • Remain up-to-date with the latest technologies related to mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, 3rd party libraries, etc.) and apply this knowledge to improve processes within and across sprint teams.
    • Mentor junior to mid-level members of the team.
    • Engage with developers outside of the local sprint team across various disciplines (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.) to drive innovation and collaboration.

    Requirements:

    • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
    • At least 3 years of experience building iOS applications.
    • At least 3 years of experience with Swift.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree.
    • 5+ years of experience building iOS applications.
    • 4+ years of experience with Swift.
    • 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
    • 2+ years of experience with Agile practices.
