We are seeking a committed and talented Human Resources Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our human resources.

What are the main functions?

Calculation, input, and review of payroll incidents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
Personnel administration, including maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and record management.
Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, with a focus on hiring highly skilled operators.
Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law to ensure regulatory compliance.

What requirements are important for the position?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Advanced English

What experience do we require you to have?

Previous experience in human resources functions, including payroll, personnel administration, labor relations, and recruitment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a staff of 50 individuals.

What do we offer?

Salary from $25,000 to $30,000 pesos per month
