What is this role about?:

As a
Customer Service Representative (CSR), your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

What awaits you in this role:

Responding to customer needs
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Provide cuttingedge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Fully dedicated to a 40 hour work week with shifting schedules

What we are looking for:

At least 1+ years of BPO experience preferably in customer service
Outstanding verbal and written communication in business terms with external customers
B2 English Proficiency
Capability to maintain the highest confidentiality around company proprietary information
Enjoyment of working with and communicating with people and solving problems
Ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm and pleasant
Solid problemsolving skills
Strong organizational skills
Quick thinker & able to adapt
Courteous with customers
