Contribution and key responsibilities / Contribuciones y responsabilidades clave**:
Systems Monitoring and Configuration

  • Manage the ServiceNow modules of the company, acting proactively in the patches or improvements provided by the platform, as well as investigating possible integrations that benefit the operation of the company.
  • Manage incidents or problems that may arise in the system, related to ServiceNow.
  • Supervise the cost of the licenses and renewal.
  • Supervise and manage the roles of the users.
  • Configure and monitor the integrity of the information on the platform and its connections with the different systems.
  • Configure and manage backups as well as perform periodic cloning of instances.
  • Implement and manage the services, if necessary, manage the failure reports with the provider.
  • Manage accounts creation and provisioning, permissions, and access to the System.
  • Managing CMDB healthy by using Discovery (or equivalent methods) to support Assets and Configuration.
  • Manage the Data entry and Extract from the database in Service Now.
Implementations and Optimization

  • Manage Service Asset & Configuration Management and Asset Management Teams to deliver expanded Discovery Functionality.
  • Improve business process and manage continuous improvement projects.
  • Create and Maintains Process and Knowledge documentation for team and users
  • Manage and configure the Application support and operational Activities, code migrations, replications, patching, and upgrades.
Planning and Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to add value to the company, aligned with our global goal.
  • Plan longterm development and adaptation to support our services globally.
  • Coordinate with all areas and implement developments that allow them to make operations more efficient.
  • Manage optimal reports in response to business value, satisfying the needs of customers in each area.
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers.
  • Develop documentation and maintain policies, SLA procedures and changes required.
  • Planning the New Arquitecture Analyze the current environment and propose automatization and improvements projects
  • Manage access control to Service Now.
  • Management Change Management Process
Trainning and Delegation

  • Schedule and conduct training in English and Spanish to those interested about any change in the platform and / or issues necessary to improve its operation.
  • Training incidents or problems that may arise in the system, related to Service Now. Support Level 1 and 2. Give guidance to them.
Develop & Integrations

  • Develop Service Now Solutions using Java Script, Web Services, HML and CSS.
  • Developing new strategic to integrate Applications with Service Now.
  • Developing Metrics and Reports.
  • Developing and Delivering Customized portal web pages in Service Now using Bootstrap and Angulas JS JavaScript frameworks.
  • Develop and Create workflows using flow designer for service catalogs which involves sending approvals, notifications and fulfilling requests through automation
  • Expertise in creation, modify, monitor and publishing of workflows, flows using flow designer for Service Catalog items in Service-Now
**Knowledge / Conocimientos: - Service Now Modules ITSM - Expert (4 years minimum)
