Lead, IT Test Solution Delivery
IT Test Lead will be primarily responsible for managing end to end testing for various applications. They will also work alongside Project Managers to arrange the logistics of the IT projects.

They will work with team members to create test strategies, project testing timeline, set goals and determine what elements are needed to complete for the project.

They will then oversee all testing activities of the project to ensure that it stays on schedule. Sr.

IT Test Lead will also assist the project manager with project coordination tasks such as tracking project tasks progress, coordination of subcontractors and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities:
Will be the IT support contact for the Polarian System Testing Module. Will be the subject matter expert on the Polarian testing process.

Owner of the end-to-end IT testing process which includes unit testing, functional testing, production smoke testing and most importantly end user acceptance testing.

Participate and guide in the creation of Test Strategies for projects/ programsDevelopment of Test PlansResponsible for training business and IT team members on the testing process.

Working with the business users and IT business analysts on the development of Test Scenarios and test script creationReviewing test scripts before and after execution for accuracy.

Manage the documentation and execution of functional testingResponsible and accountable of flagging the timing of testing deliverables and the quality of their output Collaborate with Program Management to Identify, manage, and track risks from a software testing perspective Single point of contact of senior management for all status reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) dashboards pertaining of health of UAT testing projectsDevelop and maintain project reports that track overall testing progress and the accomplishment of specific testing milestonesDevelopment of Traceability MatrixDevelopment of Test Summary ReportCreating a UAT execution scheduleManaging and coordinating user acceptance test executionsCreation of defect logs and working with project manager on resolutions to organize retesting.

Providing administrative support as needed to the Project Manager.
Ensuring projects adhere to Insulet policies and procedures and all testing project documentation is maintained appropriately.

Ensure tester's training is completed and compliant with current SOPs and Procedures as it relates to testingFacilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members and stakeholders.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge / Education:
BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field


Job Experience:

8+ years of experience in software testing Experience in project coordination or project management (preferred)Experience in a GMP/FDA regulated environment (preferred) or other regulated industryExperience working with cross-functional teams, remote teams, and Contract Manufacturers Experience with SaaS based solutions like Salesforce is a plus Experience with ERP systems is a plus .Test Management tool experience required Skills/ Competencies Action oriented self-starter who can drive project testing tasks with minimal guidance/oversightExceptional verbal, written and presentation skill.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementGood judgement and the capacity to independently evaluate situations and identify the optimum course of actionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, on concurrent projectsAbility to review testing deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards MS Office, Project, SharePoint, Software Testing Tools
