Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant - Latam.

What you'll do:

Primary Function:

Essential Functions:
Manage a requisition load of open positions in a fast-paced environment
Manage talent acquisition process beginning from kick off and search through offer acceptance
Influence coworkers and customers without authority in a matrix environment
Learn the product and services of the organization in order to attract key talent
Enforce and providing guidance on policies, procedures and best practices to internal customers
Develop recruiting strategies specific to each unique requisition
Establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a human resources or professional staffing role
Advanced English
Strong organization and time management skills

Preferred:

Experience with recruiting or staffing
Detailed oriented
Demonstrated project management skills
