Our current logistics planning models (BlueYonder) are mature, yet they are still susceptible to improvement.

In this regard, this technical role will help us define the correct ToBe model for logistics processes, including reverse logistics.

This includes evaluating current platforms versus new SAP S/4HANA IBP logistics models. The role will ensure technical activities and provide innovative ideas to influence the construction of this ToBe model. Additionally, this technical role will ensure the correct integrations that will contribute to this future design.

Responsibilities:

Establish mechanisms to guarantee the proper administration, management, and integration of technical activities.
Administer project activity plans across different construction tracks (multitrack), always ensuring completion according to established commitment dates and with high quality deliverables.
Utilize knowledge of SAP S/4HANA solution capabilities integrated with KOF processes to meet user requirements.
Manage budgetary and technical resources, maximizing resource utilization and talent development within the IT areas, while executing a training plan according to development agendas.
Contribute knowledge of processes and the standard SAP S/4HANA solution to minimize the need for local solutions within the project.
Collaborate with IT operation and technology architecture departments in defining/adopting/receiving digital technology solutions for integration into the project.
Ensure the correct construction/incorporation of the SAP solution in the data flow from the "Golden Record" source systems to content and information tools.
Administer and maximize the use of consultancy required for project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Master's degree or specialization in IT project management, digital transformation, or cloud technologies (Desirable).
Certifications: SAP S/4HANA IBP, Agile methodologies.
5 to 10 years of experience in transformative projects (Desirable).
Over 3 years of experience leading transformation projects using SAP solutions in companies.
Over 3 years of experience in team management with agile methodologies.
Extensive knowledge in:
Logistics module knowledge of planning in IBP platforms.
Knowledge of logistics models (heuristic, optimized).
Software Architecture Patterns.
Integration of logistics tools.
Close communication with project functional teams to determine scope, plans, and objectives.
Collaborative work with IT Architecture and Security departments to ensure integrity, availability, and confidentiality of digitalization platforms.
Collaborative work with Software Development and Maintenance departments for the correct construction and delivery of the project.
Available for 24 x 7 work.
