We are looking for a
Launch Quality Engineer Jr for our Mexican team.


General activities:


  • Supports the Program Quality Leader (PQL) during the Launch Phase of the program, from tool arrival to start of production (SOP)
  • Master/boundary samples,
  • Green/red rabbits for Poka-Yoke verification
  • Gage Validation and R&R analysis
  • Product audit checklist
  • Meisterbock
  • Control Plan updates and implementation
  • PPAP submissions to customer

Requirements:


  • Bachelor in Engineering
  • Years of experience
    :12 years as Launch Quality (automotive industry):
  • Language: English minimum B2

Skills:


  • Able to collect, analyze, and present facts and data (MS Office, Minitab, etc.)
  • Experience conducting process audits
  • Core Tools (PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF)
  • GD&T
