Outstanding opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the ARM Space. Sequium Asset Solutions is searching for a Billing Specialist, with excellent Excel skills, to support our Operations Team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using Microsoft Excel create client bills, resolving invoice discrepancies and maintaining invoices records
  • Process client bills and draft invoices
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Reconcile revenue to invoices
  • Finalize invoices and transmit to clients

Requirements:


  • 2 years billing experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze, solve problems, compile information and prepare reports
