The Strategy Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.

Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family.

Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as a trusted advisor and work in close partnership with business heads and senior leadership to analyse opportunities, operate transformational strategies to achieve the business mandate, operate change by partnering with business leadership with clear accountability, provide clarity in complex problems, facilitate decisionmaking, and guide high value investments.
  • Participate on projects across their lifecycle: identifying the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions.
  • Work with businesses in the execution of improvement strategies.
  • Analyse aspects of client service.
  • Develop relationships with support functions and senior leadership.
  • Conduct indepth research to support business strategies and identify trends across key business drivers of Citi such as credit, asset trends, cost structure, pricing, product management and operational functions.

Qualifications:


  • 25 years financial/business analysis experience.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Experience working in crosscultural global teams.
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to synthesize large complex data, derive meaningful insights, and articulate a solution that meets senior requirements.
  • Extremely selfmotivated & hard working,
  • Have the ability to take direction and drive results, work with mínimal direction, maintain composure even in stressful situations.
  • Excellent Excel and powerpoint skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Access.

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master degree advisable
This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

  • Make a deep analysis of the digital complaints (channels: BancaNet, Citibanamex Móvil, A&N and estatements), searching with the different teams, whether business or technology, actions that allow us to mitigate our clients' complaints, as well as generate a deck with the analysis resulted for Senior Management and for the Digital Operational Forum.
  • Daily monitoring of fraud reported cases, analysis the information, identify oppportunites to make proposal and generate monthly reports to cover controls in the Digital MCA, this position will work closely with Fraud Prevention team.
  • Execution of the digital monthly validation processes, about metrics, contracts, digital claims, information to be delivered to control or internal audit teams, OGC, ORM or Global teams.
  • Responsable of the Digital SLMDs, monitoring and updates with Tech and Partners from Operation areas.
