    Empresa global se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Accounts Payable Specialist (English and French)

    Responsabilidades:

    • Comprensión de los procesos de Cuentas por pagar/Cuentas por cobrar/Libro mayor
    • Registro de facturas en SAP.
    • Soporte de nivel 1 en AP y T&E, AR y GL
    • Realizar pagos, rastrear duplicados, cobros, solicitud de efectivo, conciliación y actividades de cierre de fin de mes.
    • Manejar excepciones y compartir aprendizajes con el resto del equipo a través de reuniones
    • Atender llamadas de servicio al cliente y brindar asistencia a tiempo.
    • Conciliaciones y soporte de cierre de mes.
    • Crea, revisa y/o implementa iniciativas de mejora continua.
    • Manejo de llamadas de escalada del proveedor.
    • Realizar auditorías de control de calidad y proporcionar retroalimentación a los asociados.
    • Verificar que todas las políticas y procedimientos de tratamiento fiscal se apliquen durante el procesamiento de facturas. Análisis de facturas y auditoría de calidad.
    • Conciliar pagos, GL y cuentas bancarias.
    • Ejecuta procesos de validación Tributaria.
    • Actualización y revisiones de SOP
    • Recibir llamadas y correos electrónicos de proveedores/usuarios para proporcionar la información necesaria.
    • Actualización de proveedores y conciliaciones.
    • Brindar apoyo a los nuevos integrantes.


    Requisitos:

    Requisitos

    • 2 años de experiencia previa en Cuentas por Pagar (procesamiento de facturas)
    • 2 años de experiencia previa en cálculo y tratamiento de impuestos.
    • Comprensión de los procesos de Cuentas por pagar/Cuentas por cobrar/Libro mayor
    • Módulo SAP AP o similar
    • Excel (nivel avanzado)
    • Registro de facturas en SAP.
    • Análisis y auditoría de viajes y gastos.
    • Ejecuta procesos de validación
    • Capaz de verificar que todas las políticas y procedimientos de tratamiento fiscal se apliquen durante el procesamiento de facturas.
    • Análisis de facturas y auditoría de calidad.
    • Inglés de Intermedio Avanzado a Avanzado Conversacional
    • Frances Avanzado Conversacional
    • Escolaridad: Titulado o Pasante
