In Experience Management we support the business in order to identify the right person, at the right time, in the right place to ensure our people, teams and clients are successful.

In this position you will be responsible to match resource needs with availability, while taking into consideration skills required, personal preferences of individuals, and the overall engagement risk.

This entails coordination with other experience managers and client service leaders to balance workloads and address staffing needs as required

onsibilities**- Proactively identify staffing challenges and provide customized scheduling solutions

  • Ensure staffing guidelines are consistently followed within the resource management and Service Delivery teams.
  • Ensure resource schedules are timely and accurately updated on the scheduling tools
  • Optimize resource utilization through effective scheduling strategies
  • Supervise and review the execution of resource management and deployment procedures carried out by EM Associates
  • Training and development of EM Associates
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for process improvement/reengineering
  • Develop a strong business continuity framework for self and team
  • Develop strong working relationships with client servers as well as with experience management/resource management teams onshore.

  • Graduates with 36 years of postqualification experience, preferably on resource
management, scheduling, staffing concepts or project management.

  • Advance English level
  • Advance working knowledge of Excel

success**The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

  • Stakeholder/client management experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in supervising a team will be preferred.

  • Ability to identify staffing challenges and provide proactive solutions.
