A Snapshot of Your Day:


The Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring that logistics processes are carried out efficiently and optimally, to meet the needs of the company and its customers.

To achieve this, the Logistics Manager must coordinate and own the activities of receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products, as well as developing logistics strategies that can increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.


Additionally, the Logistics Manager must work closely with other areas of the company, such as production, sales, and customer service, to ensure business objectives are achieved.

It is also the responsibility of the Logistics Manager to ensure that the company aligns with all government regulations and safety standards related to logistics.


How You'll Make an Impact:


  • Planning and control of logistics operations: Responsible for planning and coordinating the company's logistics activities, including transportation, storage, distribution and inventory management.
  • Team management: Develop the team and ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently and optimally.
  • Performance analysis: Regularly supervise and evaluate the performance of the team and logistics processes, in order to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Cost control: Lead costs related to logistics operations, including transportation, storage and inventory management.
  • Risk management: Identify and lead risks associated with logistics operations, including safety, health and environmental risks.
  • Communication and collaboration: Communicate optimally with other areas of the company, suppliers and customers to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and optimally.
  • Responsibility to comply and / or make sure the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

What You Bring:


  • University Degree in Engineering
  • Professional Experience Minimum 5 years in leading a manufacturing logistics area.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience in global supply chain management.
  • Demand planning: Understanding the company's demand needs and developing plans to ensure there is sufficient inventory to meet those demands.
  • Inventory Management: Knowledge to lead the company's inventory, supervise stock levels, and ensure there are enough products to meet customer demands.
  • Transport Management
  • Data analysis: Skills to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve the company's logistics performance.
  • Knowledge of technology in the field of logistics.
  • English at professional working proficiency level.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of time
