    Job Description

    The Global Network Management Center (NMC) is a diverse set of teams that support the global network through data analytics, process management, tool curation, and program management to service customers through actionable intelligence, information, and data.

    The NMC works in conjunction with GEO (Operations), Account Management, Product Leaders, and Sponsors to deliver on our commitment to our customers. We focus on 'monitor and control' using data, dashboards, and exception management techniques to establish, maintain, and achieve company and customer specific KPIs.

    Our Logistics Analysts are responsible for customer communication, data competency, and exception management. They use timely, clear, and professional communication to resolve in-transit exceptions before the customer is affected.

    Responsibilities

    • Creditable customer communication and response to customer and network inquiries
    • Data integrity, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely data for all shipments
    • Managing EDI transmissions and internal and external reporting
    • Using reporting, dashboards, and other tools to manage in-transit exceptions and provide network visibility to performance and process exceptions

    Requirements

    • Fluent in Spanish
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics or related field
    • One year of work experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related field
    • Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics
    • IATA/FIATA
    • Brokers License
    • University/Specialist Certifications
