Job Description:

Application uses React.
JS, WebAPI & Microsoft.
NET Core Technologies with SQL Server and No SQL database (SOLR / Cosmos DB).

Responsibilities

Take the ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Coordinate with different teams for dependency and follow up with them in order to resolve the problem.
Provide prompt and accurate response to customer's issues and ensure proper updates and closure of all issues.
Utilize all company tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to meet the organization's contractual commitments.
Develop, compile and test code. Submit source code and XUnit test results for review and approval by team lead.
Address "hot fixes" as they arise in production at the highest priority.
Experience of working in an offshore delivery environment following either the SCRUM or Agile development methodology.
Team player with positive attitude and proactively collaborates with peers to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineer or equivalent qualification with the excellent academic record.
3 to 5 Years of experience as developer
Hands-On experience on
Azure,
ReactJS,
Redux,
Hooks,
WebAPI,
Microservices,

- .Net Core, C#,

JQuery,
HTML5,
Database using Entity framework, MVC Framework, REST API using MVC, Bootstrap, SQL Server.
Version control using GIT or similar
Ability to work with Technical Lead to clear ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a key requirement.
