Essential duties and responsibilities- Support supplier qualification processes, in cooperation with Supply Chain and Engineering. Plan and execute Supplier Audits including follow-up of audit findings. Coordinate supplier quality assurance agreements including implementation in supplier processes. Support supplier quality performance monitoring process and identify and drive process improvements. Support Supplier Change Request program. Manage the Supplier Corrective Action/Preventive Action (SCAPA) program and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. Perform supplier risk assessments coordinating data from multiple disciplines within the site and corporation. Liaise with procurement, supplier, and site management to resolve site supplier quality issues and identify trends to assure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsible for maintaining supplier management systems. Support sourced item qualification activities.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree (engineering background preferred) 3 + years of experience with Supplier Quality Management in a medical device manufacturing or similarly regulated industry Experience in ISO 13485 Ability to read blue prints and understand specifications Requires strong oral, written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple projects. Fluent in English language Competence in college level statistics and risk analysis tools preferred. Must possess working knowledge of PC and MS office suite Visa and passport required for travel
