Custom engineered control, motor, and drive system solutions for elevator and other key markets. Design, manufacturing and sales of various motors, gear motors and gearing are looking for a Shipping Leader

Responsibilities:

Communicate any issues in daily production meeting.
Coordaining workteam assigning activities.
Planning, schedule and manage work force to meet daily operational demands.
Schedule outbound shipments through various carriers.
Ensure the correct shipment of orders to customers.
Prepare documentation for national and international shipments.
Administrative activities including creating documentation Bill of Lading and shipping labels and data entry.
Coordinate the activities of wrapping team to assist in preparing orders.
Prioritize the daily shipping picks to effectively meet company needs
Preparing commercial invoices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Proficient English.

2-3 years in shipments

Office (Excel)

ERP knowledge
