    Descripción

    Somos una solución altamente efectiva para cumplir con los requisitos de tratamiento de cuarentena contra moscas de la fruta, permitiendo la exportación de productos frescos desde México a mercados como Estados Unidos. Productos como guayaba, mango, higo, pitaya y otros no pueden ser exportados por otros medios debido a estrictas regulaciones fitosanitarias destinadas a prevenir la introducción de plagas como Anastrepha ludens y otras especies de moscas de la fruta.

    Apoyamos a productores, empacadores y exportadores en cada etapa del proceso, desde el diseño de protocolos de tratamiento y obtención de certificaciones oficiales hasta la gestión logística, en total cumplimiento con los requisitos del USDA y SENASICA.

    Descripción del Puesto

    Buscamos un Ingeniero de Automatización y Front-End Industrial apasionado por la tecnología y la innovación, con experiencia en sistemas de manejo de materiales, automatización industrial e integración de plataformas digitales bajo los principios de Industria 4.0. Este rol será clave en la operación y evolución de una planta con tecnología avanzada, dedicada a la esterilización y tratamiento de productos médicos, alimentos congelados y fruta destinada al mercado estadounidense.

    El candidato ideal debe combinar una sólida base técnica con habilidades de liderazgo, dominando PLCs Siemens, desarrollo de interfaces HMI/SCADA, bases de datos industriales, trazabilidad en tiempo real e integración de dispositivos IoT. Formará parte de un equipo motivado, que requiere guía técnica, estructura documental y visión estratégica.

    Responsabilidades Principales:

    • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar interfaces HMI y sistemas SCADA en entornos industriales.
    • Liderar la operación y optimización de sistemas de automatización (PLC Siemens, TIA Portal, WinCC, S7).
    • Integrar plataformas de trazabilidad en tiempo real, sistemas IoT, sensores inteligentes y redes de comunicación industrial.
    • Administrar redes industriales (PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
    • Coordinar sistemas de manejo de materiales, robots de dosimetría, transportadores y control de procesos.
    • Guiar al equipo técnico local, documentando procedimientos y estandarizando buenas prácticas.
    • Gestionar la relación con proveedores tecnológicos y participar activamente en decisiones estratégicas.
    • Implementar metodologías de mejora continua y alineación con los estándares de Industria 4.0.

    Perfil Buscado

    Requisitos:

    • Ingeniería en Informática Industrial, Mecatrónica, Automatización o afín.
    • +3 años de experiencia en automatización industrial, manejo de materiales o integración de líneas de producción.
    • Dominio de entornos Siemens (TIA Portal, WinCC, PLC S7).
    • Conocimientos sólidos en SCADA, IoT, Industria 4.0 y bases de datos industriales (SQL).
    • Experiencia en protocolos de comunicación industrial (PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
    • Participación comprobada en levantamiento de líneas de producción, idealmente en industrias automotriz o alimenticia.
    • Capacidad para liderar equipos técnicos y establecer procesos claros.
    • Deseable: experiencia en entornos tipo startup, con autonomía y visión integral del negocio.
