Job Summary:

Serve in an efficient, effective, accurate and pragmatic way to the entire Latin American region in pre
- and post-sales processes. The domain of our product catalog and processes are key to meet the high standards our customers demands. Must have a fluent communication with all members of the company as well as an excellent analysis capacity to find solutions in a quick and effective manner always considering the peculiarities and challenges every distributor entails.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a close relationship both with the internal team as well as with their customers. Promote sales of distributed solutions.
  • 2. Actively participate in the conferences, (calls), meetings and training of the corresponding solutions.
  • 3. Provide technical support in relation to the commercialized solutions to the customers
  • 4. Provide assistance to LATAM customers for all of our platforms in Post and Pre sales
  • 5.Entry of daily sales orders and projects
  • 6. Internal followup of the order process to deliver on time and form # expedite material and share update with the customer
  • 7. Entry daily project request and provide support to the commercial department
  • 8. Identifying and assessing customers# needsto achieve satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience
1.#Inside Sales / Customer Service experience for 1 year at least (desired)

  • 2.#Previous knowledge of sales of Technology products
  • 3.#Internal and external client management
  • 4.#Experience in logistics in companies of integration or distribution of solutions
  • 5. Intermediate English level
  • 6.#Work under pressure and sense of urgency
