In this internship, you will be a part of a team who develops execution tracking framework and KPI (Key Process Indicators) web dashboards, monitoring customer issue resolution and guiding org wide customer obsessive practices.

The team is also working on predictive analysis of customer data using Machine Learning solutions to enable pro-active customer support solutions.

The daily activities include:

Developing software and Machine Learning (ML) based solutions and tools as well as participating in Scrum meetings.
Design and develop software as the primary job function, the main lines of work are Web and ELT (Extract/Load/Transform) development.
Advanced teamwork, collaboration skills and inclusive practices.
Willing to be part of a dynamic and respectful working environment.
Advanced English communication skills.
Willing to learn.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications,
you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

1+ year of experience with Python and Web development and debug skills.
Advanced English level.

Preferred qualifications,

Knowledge of GitHub actions.
Knowledge of Generative AI Large Language Models and Retrieval Augmented Generation.
Familiarity with agile practices, and overall software development methodologies.
Experience with ETL Software and practices (Airflow).
Helpful to know Django and JavaScript.

Working Model:

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.

In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
