    Position Overview

    To ensure the timely delivery of materials to meet production requirements, protecting and fulfilling financial and operational indicators.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure parameters accuracy in SAP for all materials assigned according to planning strategy.
    • Maintain shipping compliance and monitor due dates in accordance with internal guidelines.
    • Perform daily MD06 maintenance and set actions needed on exception codes.
    • Evaluate and escalate risks in the supply chain in a timely manner.
    • Negotiate and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
    • Foster close communication with key support areas.
    • Take ownership of material planning issues, including over or under delivery.
    • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
    • Design and implement flexible solutions to improve business efficiency.
    • Support production challenges and implement action plans to secure manufacturing operations.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Monitor inventory levels and accuracy of records.
    • Address inaccuracies with logistics teams and participate in root cause analysis.
    • Manage obsolescence and overstock governance.
    • Implement chargeback process to suppliers as per internal guidelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in Material Planning Process or Logistics.
    • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) and English (min. 90%). Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Risk escalation knowledge.
    • MRP program knowledge.
    • Solution design, development, and implementation skills.
