- Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing comprehensive and high-quality services to all customer's needs
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure the one-call solution.
- Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or challenging customers.
- Interpret customer needs, and organize symptoms, causes, and solutions.
- Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed.
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Internal and external customer service attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with Shipping Coordination and administration of purchase orders.
