    Job Summary

    To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Juarez North, Mexico .

    Reporting to the Sr. Business Unit Director, the Customer Service Representative role involves... Responsible for communicating with customers and dealing with customers' inquiries.

    What a typical day looks like:

  • Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing comprehensive and high-quality services to all customer's needs
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure the one-call solution.
  • Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or challenging customers.
  • Interpret customer needs, and organize symptoms, causes, and solutions.
  • Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed.
  • The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Internal and external customer service attitude.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with Shipping Coordination and administration of purchase orders.
  • Microsoft Office management.
