Be a part of a team of Quality Engineers at the (insert site) that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements.

You will drive process initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and, product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer focus
Improve Metrics, Yield, Scrap, PPM's,
Control Plan, PFMEA, Core Tools
Quality Audits, NIOSH, CSA, CE
Leads a group of Quality technicians
Lean Manufacturing, Six sigma
8Ds, Root Cause Analysis,
Manufacturing Process, Continuous Improvement
SPC, MS Office
Team Work, Communication Skills,
Critical thinking and problemsolving skills

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
More than 5 years in similar jobs, at least 3 years with people in charge.
Knowledge in Core tools, SAP and Office
Advanced English.
