Technical Project Management

Main Purpose

Responsibilities:

Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- Project PMO Support Kick-Off & Overall Direction

Scope & Change Control
Project Governance & Meetings
Establish Ways Of Working (WOW) for the project team
Followup with open actions and ensure action items are completed on time.
Ensure to drive discussions, ask impartial questions, and anticipate and highlight potential impacts
Build and maintain project plans and timelines throughout project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Making
Understand the R&D organization, set of cross functional stakeholders, associated roles and responsibilities and ways of working
Risks, Issue & Dependency Management
Reporting & Tracking

Qualifications:

Qualifications / Requirements

Ability to interpret technical information, escalate issues and seek alignment towards workable solutions
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
6 months to 1 year of experience in project management
Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner
Fluent in English
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering
