Technical Project Management

Main Purpose

Responsibilities:


Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- Project PMO Support Kick-Off & Overall Direction

  • Scope & Change Control
  • Project Governance & Meetings
  • Establish Ways Of Working (WOW) for the project team
  • Followup with open actions and ensure action items are completed on time.
  • Ensure to drive discussions, ask impartial questions, and anticipate and highlight potential impacts
  • Build and maintain project plans and timelines throughout project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Making
  • Understand the R&D organization, set of cross functional stakeholders, associated roles and responsibilities and ways of working
  • Risks, Issue & Dependency Management
  • Reporting & Tracking

Qualifications:

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Ability to interpret technical information, escalate issues and seek alignment towards workable solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in project management
  • Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering
