What will you do?

Understanding and ability to install and configure Windows Based Systems
Computer problems diagnostic and repair
Basic network administration and configuration (WiFi configuration, switching, and routing)
Ability to support users with general questions and technical support for a variety of problems internet and software related
Works as 1st and 2nd level support for users
Willingness to take direction from and work with other team members
Good communication skills with our customer base
Procurement and organization of equipment, communication with vendors
System administration of our services

What experiences you should have?

Bachelor degree in Technical University
Knowledge of Windows OS / Up to Windows 10
Knowledge of MS Office suite including troubleshooting
Knowledge of Windows Server OS / Up to Server 201
Basic core networking skills
MCP/MCSA/MCTS Certification is a plus
Analytical and precise
Responsible

Ability to work either independently or within a team

Willingness and ability to travel when required
