As a Sales Operations Specialist you will be responsible for managing critical operations including billing processing and the creation of commercial and pricing proposals while collaborating closely with our Sales and Finance teams to make sure key processes are created, followed and constantly improved upon.


Key Responsibilites:


  • Billing Operations: Manage and streamline billing processes, ensuring timely issuance of invoices and accuracy of billing details. Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Financial Proposals: Develop and prepare financial proposals for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, company goals and financial strategies
  • Market Research: Lead OXIO's efforts in understanding the local and global Telecom market landscape with a special focus on pricing and competitor product offerings
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, providing insights and analytics to support decisionmaking
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, operations and management teams to ensure billing, sales and financial practices align with overall business objectives

Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelors or Master's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability and organizational skills
  • Advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheets skills
  • Processoriented individual with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong ability to effectively document, improve, follow and enforce new processes that involve many teams within the organization
