As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for point-of-sale execution through your team of sales consultants,

You will report to Director of Channels for the Architectural Coatings Latin America structure.

You will be #LI-Onsite in Panamá

Key Responsibilities**- You will verify the execution at the point of sales, and inventories, correct planning, materials, BTL.

You will validate, scheduling, marking sheets, verifying entries, sales control and returns process for the team under your management.
You will lead the department, and be in charge of meeting and enforcing the objectives that have been outlined in the organization and in the previously created plan.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of experience in hardware stores, knowledge of the modern channel (HC, selfservice) in the local market.
1+ years of experience leading teams of sales promoters.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
