We are seeking a well qualified, hard working, enthusiastic individual to join our amazing team.

As a Dental Call Center Agent, you will be the front lines of interaction with our loyal customers.

This is a fast paced environment and we need someone who can be on top of answering the high volume of incoming calls.

Someone that is very professional and friendly to provide excellent customer service experience.

Specific Responsibilities:_

- _Handle high volume of inbound calls from patients with the utmost care, requiring professional telephone etiquette and superb listening and problem-solving skills_
- _Making outbound calls to insurance companies and patients to obtain information, perform eligibility verification, request prior authorizations and resolve billing discrepancies_
- _Experience in eligibility, benefits and claims is preferred but not required_
- _Responsible for providing excellent customer service, insurance and billing support_
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- _Highly pro-active, goal oriented and motivated attitude_
- _Ability to enunciate and speak clearly_
- _High work ethics, common sense and good overall judgment_

Pay:
From $14,000.00 per month
