  • Provide guidance and support in the hourly recruiting, and hiring process.
  • Provide support to the payroll function and workday implementation.
  • Provide support in the industrial relations areas, discipline, employee relations and communication.
  • Provide guidance and support in supervising cafeteria service, issues and concerns.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly absenteeism, turnover and head count reports.
  • Provide guidance and support for employee events and meetings.
  • Provide guidance and support for United Fund activities and donations.
  • Provide guidance and support in labor law and environmental ,health and safety compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to meet government mandated training requirements.
  • Be in charge of managing and updating policies related o ISO requirements in the training area in addition to BASC and Ct Pat HR requirements.
  • Manages HR expenditure budget compliance and accuracy in invoices for transportation and cafeteria payments.
  • Provide guidance and support of all corporate Initiatives and processes.
  • Knowledge of TRESS and MS-Office
  • Knowledge of LFT
