Your Role and Responsibilities

Strategic position for Technology in Mexico, the Expert Labs Market leader will be responsible for the sales, people management and delivery results, being responsible to drive new business and opportunities to leverage adoption of IBM solutions leading a team of 60 or more resources.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Skill required:

Soft skills
Leadership, sales, technical sales, results driven, innovation, proposal development,

Tech skills
Data Architecture, AI, Hybrid Clou, DevOps, Service Management, big Data.

Experience Required:

Experience in sales and deliver IT projects in the Enterprise Mexican Market for more than 10 years of experience.

Experience in consulting and delivery methodologies for IT services

Experience leading consultants, project managers, delivery managers and services operations.

Experience creating high performance teams

Experience leading services team including services operations, delivery, and sales
