    • Analizar y resolver incidentes en producción, mejorando la estabilidad y rendimiento de las aplicaciones mediante debugging, análisis de logs y Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
    • Automatizar alertas y procesos utilizando scripting y herramientas de monitoreo.
