    YOUR TASKS

  • Design of complex mechatronic products for the automotive industry within the global network.
  • Responsible to fulfill the design & release process of all phases during the development cycle.
  • Work along with global network for virtual validation (CAE) of new products.
  • Usage and interpretation of common development tools for feasibility confirmation (e.g. FEM, CFD, DFA, DFM, FMEA, etc.).
  • Tracking of functional maturity, escalation in case of deviations and tracking of identified countermeasures (e.g.: Design
  • Readiness, approval preparation, checklist documentation, 3D, 2D, BOM, etc.).
  • Responsible for component drawings and Subgroup drawings together with DDE (System characteristic break down into component and subgroup special characteristic).
  • Track & attend APQP process for the release of new components for mass production.
  • Support & maintenance of existing products in mass production.
  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical engineering /Mechatronics/Product design /Industrial engineering /Aeronautical engineering
  • +5 years of experience in automotive product design using Catia V5 / NX
  • Very good knowledge CAD (Catia V5 Preferred)
  • Good knowledge of mass production manufacturing technologies (Injection molding, sheet metal, die cast. rubber, etc.)
  • Good knowledge in DFA and DFM
  • Excellent communication skills (Internal & external stakeholders)
  • Language Skills: English (Advance)
