We combine human-centered design powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale. The Catalyst Team is seeking to hire a Sr. Technical Consultant IRM
to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

• ServiceNow App Engine experience - Most important requirement
• ServiceNow Approvals Workflows experience
• Mandatory certifications: CSA
• 1+ Years Experience on ServiceNow IRM or ServiceNow IRM (IRM aka GRC) Certification
• 5+ years ServiceNow experience
• Experience required in app engine, flow designer, Next Experience UI
• 5+ years JavaScript experience
• 5+ years using JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS
• Knows fundamentals of the web
• Very good communication skills in Spanish. Advanced in English.
• Good collaboration, teamwork, and learning skills
• Consulting (Customer facing) or Pre-Sales experience in service management
