    Your Roles & Responsabilities:

  • Attend and lead problem solving to respond customer 0KM, warranty, and supplier complaints on portal, or applicable form.
  • Plan, program, execute, follow up to supplier audits.
  • APQP, PPAP Champion for new customer part numbers and supplier components.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction as well as administration of qualified suppliers' performance.
  • Coordination of sorting /containment on site and plant for concerns related to suppliers and customers.
  • Participate on customer, internal and external audits.
  • Your Skills & Strengths:

  • in technical Engineering field (Mechanical / Industrial).
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish.
  • At least 2 years of experience on similar role on automotive company.
  • Work experience on IATF 16949 and CSRs FORD/GM/FCA , Core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plan. 8D, VDA 6.3, IMDS, Engineering drawing interpretation GD&T , desirable Green Belt.
  • Effective communication, high level reporting, customer oriented and negotiation skills
