- Attend and lead problem solving to respond customer 0KM, warranty, and supplier complaints on portal, or applicable form.
- Plan, program, execute, follow up to supplier audits.
- APQP, PPAP Champion for new customer part numbers and supplier components.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction as well as administration of qualified suppliers' performance.
- Coordination of sorting /containment on site and plant for concerns related to suppliers and customers.
- Participate on customer, internal and external audits.
- in technical Engineering field (Mechanical / Industrial).
- Bilingual, English and Spanish.
- At least 2 years of experience on similar role on automotive company.
- Work experience on IATF 16949 and CSRs FORD/GM/FCA , Core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plan. 8D, VDA 6.3, IMDS, Engineering drawing interpretation GD&T , desirable Green Belt.
- Effective communication, high level reporting, customer oriented and negotiation skills
