We are searching for the best talent for _Human Resources Administrator II _
to be in _Ciudad Juárez, México._**
Purpose:Knows and provides support in the main functions of Human Resources according with the Johnson & Johnson guides, Federal Labor Law and Internal Work Regulation. Maintains a good relation with the Union, and at the same time provides service to unionized personnel for the adequate use of their benefits.


You will be responsible for:

Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • He/She may design trainings for employees and leaders related to HR.
  • Aids other Human Resources Employees.

Qualifications:


Qualifications and requirements:


  • GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally
  • English and Spanish is required
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relations at all levels of the organization.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Disciplined person with a high sense of order.
  • Highly confidentiality and discretional sense.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office package (i.e. spreadsheets, presentation and word processing).
