GENERAL PURPOSE:
Provide quality service and information to customers within processes and policies already defined. The main purpose is to achieve customer satisfaction meeting their needs by 100%.


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Executing the release of storage orders and provide shipping instructions. Monitor and follow up all processed lines to ship according to the customer's expectations.
  • Coordinate with customer orders to be shipped from another location different from the distribution center.
  • Request from Foreign trade area all of the customer required certificates of origin. From billing department request the elaboration of invoices (prepaid and additional freight services, re billings, credit memos) and send them to the customers on a timely manner according to their international transactions.
  • Make sure all processes are followed up according to the documented business rules. Whenever a process is changed or something new is implemented make sure that all new requirements are documented.
  • Follow up to survey results.
  • Analyze and Identify missing information for order processing. Initiate iFlows for parts activation. Request Customer setup's whenever it's required. Resolve system issues (eCom), error table to get the customer orders processed ASAP.
  • Coordinate customer's returns and claims according with the internal processes and policies. This includes RMA process, re billings, coordinate pick up from customer for returns.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • English B1 or higher
  • Excel intermedia
  • Engineering Administration, Marketing or Foreign Trade degree 1 to 2 prior experience in Client Service is required
  • Experience using an ERP
