Responsible for leading Logistics Innovation and improvement projects, establishing KPIs and coordinating cross-functional groups in order to fulfill project goals with a strong focus on one or several focus areas in Logistics (material flow, logistics planning, general warehousing).

Deploys and promotes BPS (Bosch Production System) initiatives and overall standards within the LOG organization. Acts as key user in one or several focus areas in Logistics (logistics planning, general warehousing).

Lead/support Logistic Projects in the areas:
a) Warehousing (Procedures, Material Flow, Warehousing Strategies)

b) Logistic Planning (Customer Service, Production Planning, Raw Material Planning)

c) Logistic Reporting (Costs Transparency, etc)

  • Supports all JuP1 Warehouse operations as needed
  • Support in the JuP1 Facilities as needed.
  • Implements, monitors and generally gives strong support to the deployment of BPS principals giving direction and support to the LOM/LOP organization as to achieve their BPS targets as per plant and LOG strategy.
  • Applies Project Management standards.
  • Applies problemsolving tools.
  • Reports project status to different management levels.
  • Coordinates projects with crossfunctional groups.
  • Coordinates internal/external LOI/LOM/LOP/LOG reporting.
  • Develops RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and PowerBI when applicable/needed
  • Performs Key user activities
  • Complies with Bosch and ME wide procedures and company policies.
  • Participate in Bosch initiatives.
  • Participates and support quality and environmental policies and plant goals.
  • Moderates Improvement activities / workshops

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge in one or several focus areas in Logistics (material flow, logistics planning, general warehousing) advanced
  • Indepth Lean Logistics and BPS or comparable principals (i.e. TPS) intermediate
  • Project management intermediate (preferably advanced)
  • Risk management intermediate (preferably advanced)
  • Investment/Asset management intermediate
  • Leadership skills intermediate
  • Communication skills advanced
  • Problem Solving intermediate
  • Strategic thinking intermediate
  • Negotiation Skills intermediate
  • Conflict management intermediate
