Job DescriptionAct as a guiding force for the management team at the Plant to meetFinancialand Operational Targets defined in the Plan, driving towards their successful realization.
Contribute by enhancing financial awareness and delivering proactive, timely, and precise information to facilitate decision-making processes.
Ensure effective control, budget planning, monthly analysis, and reporting of Variable Costs, Period Expenses, andOther variable expenditures.
Assist in defining and executing corrective measures in instances of deviations or unforeseen requirements in collaboration with local operational management and the Head of Controlling, specifically related to Labor, Machine and Overhead Costs, Scrap, Production orders, Material Pricing, and Other relevant variables.
Manage cost centers, oversee headcount, including approving shopping carts and JOB's.Execute Costing calculations for new products and establish annual Cost of Production standards in the system (incorporating Material Prices and Tariffs).Support temporary ramp up of new initiatives in a Greenfield environment.
Approve and supervise investments expenditure.Consolidate local financial data for the Business AreaIndustrial Americas.
Conduct FIRE reporting by segment.
Prepare Budgets and Forecastsfor Income Statementsand Working Capital.
QualificationsBachelor's degree:
in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Experience:
Work experience as a Plant Controller
Leading projectsWithin the Manufacturing sectorKnowledge:
Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD.
