The primary role of the Associate of Visual Merchandising is to ensure that the image of each one of the Clinique and the Skincare cluster Brands is maintained at a consistent level of excellence in all retail environments throughout Latin America.

Provide support to the Manger and Executive Director of Store Design and Visual Merchandising Latin America as the liaison between the different Skincare Estee Lauder Companies brands in the Latin America affiliates.
Provide support and guidance to Latin America affiliates on all aspects of Visual Merchandising, ensuring a strong presence of our brands is executed correctly per the strategy on the regional level.
Work with the Latin America affiliates to identify Visual Merchandising needs, provide feedback and recommendations to brands in New York to ensure that regional needs are realized.
Facilitate and supervise execution in Latin America of Visual Merchandising directives set by the brands in New York.
Continually seek to streamline the execution of Visual Merchandising processes within regional context to ensure all markets are working with the same information. Support Markets with their VM requests, ensure teams are aware of all VM offerings and provide them with guidance.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

3 Years of visual merchandising/graphic design/Industrial Design/Interior Design or related field experience required
Knowledge of computer programs including:
Adobe Creative Suite required (expert on Indesign and Illustrator)
Adobe Acrobat required
Sketch-Up or 3DS MAX required
AUTO-CAD required
Microsoft Office required
Ability to travel 20% of the time
Must be fluent in English & Spanish
Creative portfolio required
