- Support the development, maintenance, and achievement of goals in support of corporate and business group EHS strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate risk assessment at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects.
- Track performance against targets and objectives.
- Support creation of EHS goals for the site manager and functional managers.
- Drive and promote zero incident EHS culture throughout the site.
- Create and facilitate EHS engagement through EHS teams and committees.
- Work with leadership team and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations.
- Pursue third-party recognition for programs that establish the site and Eaton's EHS program as world-class.
- Provide training for the completion of the training matrix.
- Work with site leadership team and facilities to ensure key EHS operational controls are in place.
- Perform activities according to the Quality and Environmental policies established by the business.
- Environmental and Safety Engineering or similar degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as EHS Engineer in manufacture industry.
- Knowledge of Mexican regulatory laws.
- Bilingual Spanish - English proficiency.
- Adept at utilizing company-wide system for reporting EHS data and information.
- Strong team-building skills, strong organizational skills.
