Objective:

Main functions:

Adept in both traditional and creative recruiting approaches.-
Is a talent advisor for a group of job families or regions with the ability to flex to other job disciplines.
Drives the sourcing strategy, identifying and recommending process improvements.
Influences others within the department at an operational level regarding concepts or practices and some advisement on approaches.
Leverages data and tangible facts to inform business partners on the hiring activity and influence decision-making.

Knowledge and experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 6 months of professionallevel recruiting and/or HR experience.
Professional English Level (desirable)
