Your profile

  • Minimum of 5 years' scheduling experience in engineering andor construction project management with full project life cycle ownershipwithin substation construction.
  • Knowledge of EPC project delivery methods including expertworking knowledge and understanding of all project management control systems(scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement and business development)with knowledge of high voltage substations.
  • Must have the ability to utilize latest Primavera schedulingsoftware at an expert level.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problemsolvingenvironment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Strong ability to communicate with various team members suchas project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, andprocurement to ensure accurate data is being entered into the project schedule.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail,multitasking skills, advanced time management and analytical skills.
  • Selfmotivated, decisive, and adaptable with the ability tomotivate and build strong working relationships in crossfunctional projectteams to develop technical solutions is a must.

Your responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and present all project primaveraschedules.
  • Consistently work with various project team members, subcontractors,and clients to ensure schedules are accurate and properly maintained.
  • Promote a culture where schedules are not just pictures,they are effective tools to manage EPC work.
  • Understand the schedule logic and the supporting reasoningbehind it.
  • Act as a project teams reviewer and work to help the teamidentify and rectify forgotten activity errors in logic.
  • Perform detailed time impact analysis in coordinate withproject manager.
  • Assist is supporting schedule information and narrative forofficial correspondence and change order management.
  • Ensure delay and change orders are accurate inserted andmaintained in schedule.
  • Generate monthly schedule reporting metrics as required.
  • Communicate, coordinate and manage crossorganizationaldepartments (sales, procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning) tocomplete schedule as needed.
  • Review project contract for milestones and ensure they are activitieswithin the schedule.
  • Document project events that impact the schedule, scope ofwork, and project efficiency.
