Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree or other relevant business experience.
Advanced English, Conversation and Writing
Experience with customer service and interaction.
Understand basic math skills to be used in pricing material, costing orders, and managing inventory stock levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
Not intimidated by social interaction on the phone or in person

Responsibilities

Schedule, verify, and track installations.
Coordinate lastminute requests for addon materials or items, including entering purchase orders and communicating with customers to get approval for additional costs.
Coordinate with warehouses and purchasing groups.
Followup tracking for satisfaction.
Helping other team members when needed.
