FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO PERFIL DEL PUESTO ITILISOProcesosPMO OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO Coordinar y llevar a cabo las actividades, y procesos de las operaciones de TI y Quality Assurance.

Implementando, coordinando y supervisando los procesos de TI para la entrega de servicios.

Para mantener los servicios y operación de TI de manera coordinada evitando riesgos e impactos no planificados así como asegurar que las pruebas de aplicaciones antes de liberación de aplicaciones.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO Generar procesos de TI, para el control y gestión de todas las fases de los servicios de TI.

Controlando los procesos y actividades relacionadas a la entrega de los servicios con un nivel especifico.

Gestionar las actividades relacionadas con los procesos de operaciones de TI, administrando las actividades planeadas por mantenimientos o requerimientos así como de emergencia para la entrega y restauración de servicios derivados de incidentes y contingencias.

Coordinando las actividades programadas y emergentes para mantener los servicios dentro de los niveles de servicio establecidos.
Generar indicadores y KPIs, para generar tendencias e indicadores de la Operación.

Para el control de servicios de terceros así como de los indicadores internos de los servicios proporcionados por el área de TI.

Pruebas de aplicaciones, para crear y ejecutar matrices de pruebas en ambientes pre productivos. Para garantizar las nuevas funcionalidades de las aplicaciones en ambientes productivos.

PERFIL DEL PUESTO Escolaridad:
Licenciatura en Administración o Sistemas
Ingeniería en Sistemas Digitales
