Uplift Home Buyers purchases single and small multi-family properties in Texas. We are a semi-remote team and we are growing quickly.
We are hungry to succeed and are looking for someone with similar values to join our team as a fully remote Junior Acquisitions Representative.
We are looking for a warm and energetic person, who thrives on communicating with others. You must be growth-minded and willing to learn our state-of-the-art sales system.The working hours are either between 9 am
- 3 pm Cst or 1pm7pm Monday Saturday
What you'll be doing:
You'll be helping homeowners in Texas sell their properties. We are not a real estate agency. We buy properties directly from homeowners.
We're not for every homeowner, and our target clients are usually owners of homes that need some love, are in foreclosure, are in probate, or any other situation where disposing of the home quickly makes sense for them.
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Each day you'll be
- On the phone. Allday. Building relationships with potential sellers, who have expressed interest in selling.
- Understanding each seller's unique situation and seeing if we're the right fit to help them.
- Collaborating with our Senior Acquisitions Specialists to set up offer appointments.
- Maintaining relationships with sellers who we have spoken with previously.
- Learning and perfecting our sales system.

To be successful in this role you'll need:
- Exceptional English: you know the lingo, the colloquialisms, and slang.
- Strong people skills. Our clients come from all walks of life and are in different financial circumstances. You will need to be able to adjust your approach based on the client.
The ability to understand people and empathize is an imperative skill to have for this position
