Completed High school or equivalent.

Experience in Data Analysis (SQL, PowerBI, detecting tendencies, areas of opportunity, solution proposal, costs).
Experience in MS Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Basic English level.

The Bin Meister will work closely with the Replenishment, Stock and Stow (RSS)/IB Manager to support creation and changes to bins, maintain records and lists of bin information coordinate movement of inventory and drive optimal utilization of capacity.

The Bin Meister will also work closely with Inventory Control/Quality Assurance (IC/QA) to provide data and analytical support for ACES initiatives, root cause investigation of defects, and support to insure compliance to ICQA-related SoX requirements.

Key job responsibilities

Assists RSR/IB Manager with bin capacity management. Provide updates weekly.
In depth research of defect trends
Designing queries, compiling data, and generating reports in MS Access and Excel
Process requests to create new bins or change existing bins, virtually and physically. Needs to coordinate all bin conversions prior to execution.
Investigates and resolves bin related problems reported by all departments within the FC.
Maintains record of floor bin configuration including floor map.
Manages/deletes nonexistent bins.
Coordinates the movement of inventory.
Audits bin utilization and gives recommendations on consolidation activities.

Knowledge of bin types and configurations desired.
