    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Job Characteristics:
    Responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Able to provide basic service support to customers. Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment. General awareness of business, equipment & products. Understands value proposition.


    Education/Work Experience:
    Secondary Diploma or equivalent required and 0-1 years experience in industrial/mechanical environment


    Independence level/Reports to:
    Relies on sales representative for support & managing resources.
