In your role, you will:

Lead the 3rd party offshore service delivery team for procurement operations, accounts payable, help desk on the Ariba platform.
Act as the primary point of escalation related to Ariba related customer issues around requisition/ordering and invoicing, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution
Optimize operational processes to better leverage functionalities of the tool, and enhance the user experience
Drive improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance through effective KPI monitoring and Root Cause Analysis
Analyse Procure to Pay business process and establish long term strategy to reach best in class performance
Support data management and business intelligence activities
Engage in weekly governance with operational teams and monthly governance with Senior management
Manage relationship with shared service provider.
Drive the service provider's team to deliver on cost saving initiatives associated with tail spend
Guide and provide business inputs into the IGS key KPIs, with visibility to Senior management.
Be a focal point of contact for operational procurement and accounts payable transactions

Qualifications

You hold a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in supply management, program management or complex project management experience in a corporate and/or professional services environment
You demonstrate experience in operations management and/or project management.
You have a financial literacy and the ability to build and understand business cases
You have the ability to forge strong, long term working relationships and problemsolving
You have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing; ability to distill complex thoughts and ideas to a diverse audience
You are bilingual
You have functional experience with digital Source to Pay solutions like Ariba or Coupa
You hold an MBA or Master's degree an asset
You have outstanding interpersonal, stakeholder management, problem solving and influencing skills
You have the ability to work under time pressure and to provide proactive solutions
You have the ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
You have the ability to collaborate and manage conflict; high EQ and CQ, ability to work with other cultures
You hold competencies and knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Planning and Project Management
