    Job Title: Parts Pricing Analyst - Monterrey - Temp

    Overview

    John Deere is a leading company in the agricultural equipment industry, with a strong presence in other sectors. Our portfolio of innovative products spans over 150 years and includes industries related to and outside of agriculture, such as Turf, Construction, Forestry, and Wind Technologies.

    Please note that all candidates must have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process.

    Main Responsibilities

    • We are seeking a skilled candidate to participate in cross-functional projects for the parts portfolio, ensuring alignment and providing timely project information and pricing insights for decision-making.
    • The ideal candidate will analyze and recommend parts pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitive positioning for John Deere.
    • This role involves analyzing market information and competitors' parts pricing to ensure the company maintains a strong marketing and competitive position.
    • Developing and recommending pricing strategies for new and existing parts is crucial in meeting margin and profitability goals.
    • Providing accurate and timely parts pricing data to customers and the distribution network is essential for maintaining efficient customer relationships.
    • The successful candidate will research pricing-related issues arising from customers and John Deere employees to provide support, improve procedures, and maintain information integrity.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Knowledge or experience in the Agricultural, Construction, or Automotive market.
    • Experience in after-sales operations, customer service, and distribution networks is highly valued.
    • Data extraction and analysis skills using tools like Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau are essential.

    Requirements

    • Advanced English language proficiency.
    • Project management and leadership experience is desirable.
    • Data analysis skills are mandatory.

    Education

    • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Agronomy, or Computer Science is required.

    This role will remain open for a minimum of 10 business days until a qualified pool of candidates is achieved. All candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
