The travel agent undertakes to provide professional advice and travel planning according to the client's preferences and needs.
2.
Flight Booking:
The travel agent will handle the search, comparison, and booking of flights in accordance with the client's preferred dates, airlines, and options.
3.
Accommodation Booking:
The travel agent will arrange accommodation booking at requested places and dates, considering room preferences and services.
4.
Tour and Activity Organization:
The travel agent will coordinate the reservation of tours, excursions, and activities as per the client's preferences, ensuring availability and accurate details.
5.
Documentation Management:
The travel agent will advise the client on visa requirements, passports, and other travel documents, as well as health and safety policies.
6.
Assistance in Case of Changes:
The travel agent will be available to manage any changes in the itinerary requested by the client, providing options and details on fees and availability.
Assistance with visas and travel documents:
Inform clients about visa requirements and assist them in obtaining the necessary documents for their trip.
Ground transportation bookings:
Coordinate bookings for car rentals, airport transfers, or other means of ground transportation needed for the client's itinerary.
Offer travel insurance:
Suggest and provide travel insurance to protect clients in case of cancellations, medical issues, or emergencies during the trip.
Provide tourist information:
Supply information about destinations, tourist attractions, events, and special activities in the places the client intends to visit.
Assistance during the trip:
Be available to provide support and assistance to clients during their trip, in case of itinerary changes or emergencies.
Itinerary management:
Prepare and provide detailed itineraries for the client's trip, including schedules, reservations, and important details.
Troubleshooting:
Help clients resolve any issues or inconveniences that may arise during the travel process.
Pay:
$16, $20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nuevo Vallarta, Nay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Travel Agent: 1 year (preferred)
